PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKINGS

WORKPLACE SAFETY

Purity Detailing provides a mobile valeting and detailing service across Oxfordshire, ensuring convenience by coming to your location, whether it's your home or workplace.

However, it is essential for us to have a safe working environment. We kindly request a suitable place to work, preferably a driveway. If your vehicle is parked in a high-traffic area or has insufficient space for safe operations, we reserve the right to refuse service.

If you have any concerns regarding this matter, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will make every effort to find a suitable arrangement.

DEPOSITS

To secure our dedicated time for your booking, a 10% deposit may be required, depending on the booking value. Confirmation of the booking will be provided upon receipt of the deposit.

We offer a transferrable deposit in case you need to reschedule your booking 72 hours prior to the scheduled work. However, if you fail to notify us within this timeframe, we may not be able to refund your deposit.

In the event of a cancellation after the deposit has been taken, a refund will be issued if:

  • You notify us 14 days before the scheduled work.

  • Purity Detailing cancels the booking.

  • The booking is transferred to another person.

 

QUOTES AND EXPECTATIONS

We strive to provide accurate quotes for our services. To do so, we require an honest assessment of the vehicle's condition, often accompanied by interior pictures.

If your vehicle is heavily soiled with pet hair, mud, mold, or any form of bodily fluid, we kindly request that you inform us in advance. This is in the best interest of both parties, allowing us to allocate sufficient time and ensuring transparency regarding any additional charges.

If we arrive at the job and unexpectedly encounter any of the aforementioned scenarios, we will provide a revised quote for the work. If we are unable to agree on a price and a deposit has already been taken, we may not be able to issue a refund.

 

MAINTENANCE

Our maintenance scheme is available to returning customers who have previously undergone our "The Deep Clean" or "New Vehicle Protection" packages. This scheme is designed to facilitate the regular maintenance of your vehicle based on the steps taken during these packages.

We highly recommend scheduling maintenance visits as frequently as possible, with a minimum of once per month. Any period exceeding one month will no longer be classified as maintenance.

If your vehicle requires additional attention due to heavy soiling between visits, please inform us prior to any work being carried out, as extra time may be necessary.

For any additional time required to complete your maintenance, we will charge our hourly rate of £25 per hour.

By reading and acknowledging these terms and conditions, you agree to our terms of service. If a booking is affected by any of the above points, you may be liable to pay the full booking amount.
