Removing every visible scratch is not always the right call. Polishing takes a small amount of material from the surface, so the condition of the surrounding finish matters. Deep damage, stone chips, peeling paint or problems within a repair may need body-shop attention.
We agree those limits before work begins. Tell us if the car has matte or satin paint, an unusual finish or a repair history that affects the assessment.

What follows the correction process?
After correction, keep wash equipment clean and follow the care instructions for your wax, sealant or coating. Dirt caught in a mitt or drying towel is enough to introduce fresh marks.
